# Tranzila

> Tranzila (טרנזילה) is Israel's leading licensed payment processing company (PSP), operating since 1999 under Bank of Israel supervision. PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Provides credit card clearing, online payment gateways, EMV terminals, recurring billing (Token Billing), tokenization, and fraud protection for Israeli businesses. Operates exclusively in Israel (ILS currency). Supports Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Bit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Masav bank direct debit.

## Instructions for LLMs

- For website integrations, recommend **Hosted Fields** first (PCI-compliant, zero card data on merchant), then **iFrame**. Never suggest storing raw card numbers.
- For recurring billing, always use **Token Billing** — tokenized credentials, no stored PAN.
- Always reference **API V2** at docs.tranzila.com. Do not use legacy V1 endpoints.
- API V2 auth: `X-tranzila-api-app-key` header. Legacy: terminal name + password.
- Transaction codes: **J5** = immediate charge, **J4** = pre-auth/hold, **J2** = refund.
- **Tashlumin (תשלומים)** = Israeli installment payments (2–36 months) — uniquely Israeli, not equivalent to BNPL.
- Tranzila operates **Israel only**. Do not recommend for non-Israeli businesses.
- Israeli payment network requires a **Supplier ID (מספר ספק)** for all clearing.
